We are a small, young company that has been set up to help people with there computer related problems, obviously were here to make a bit of money also, but helping people is our main goal (as you can see by all the work we put into our free services rather than paid services on the site)

We hold certifications in Microsoft, ITIL and we are also a Cisco Certified Network Associate.

We have decided to set up this service because we don't believe people like you should carry on getting ripped off by big companies charging lots of money to do something small, or even something that with a bit of advice you can do yourself for free.  On the left you will see a section that you can use to ask a technical question for free, we will try our best to answer you as soon as we can but don't be surprised to wait for while (currently up to 24 hours) because are technicians answer your queries on there own time and free of charge.
